About ten years ago, I found myself in a place where the once strong and confident woman that used to inhabit my body had somehow abandoned me. Replaced by a shell of a girl, who mostly felt confused, overwhelmed, and anxious.

What is Life Coaching? As a life coach I help women clarify their needs, identify the obstacles that keep getting in their way, and empower them to create the change needed to get them where they rather be.
Will Life Coaching Help me? Yes it can. I have seen many of my clients make drastic changes to their lives leaving them feeling healthier and happier, in ways they never dreamed of.
How long does the coaching process take? The time frame can vary greatly and depends on a wide range of factors, your goals, your commitment and willingness to change, and your personal circumstances. I have clients who come for a brief time and others that commit longer due to their desired goals.
How often would I meet with you? I meet with clients every other week in most cases. However, there is flexibility based on individual cases or needs. Prior arrangements would have to be made.
Are the coaching calls confidential? What happens in the call stays in our calls.
How is coaching different from psychotherapy? Coaches focus on the future. Therapists focus on the past. Coaches work is usually time-limited with a specific outcome in mind. Therapists work is usually open-ended with understanding as the primary objective.
What is your professional background? I am a licensed professional counselor, life coach, self-care expert and author. I have almost 20 years of experience helping woman heal from their wounds and create a life they can happily embrace.
What separates you from other life coaches? Aside from almost 20 years of clinical experience, I also "walk the talk". Self-care is not a fad for me. I didn't just jump on this last year or take a certification class. I have been teaching and empowering women for more than a decade on the power of prioritizing themselves to live a life that is healthy, happier and more purposeful.

I am in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area of Texas. However, I also do online coaching for women all over the United States. I love the North Dallas area because it's where suburbia life meets a little bit of country. I am pretty sure we have the best sunsets in the area.
